We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new weekly wellness program at Capleville Church designed to help us stay active, independent, and connected.
What is this class? This is a comprehensive fitness class designed specifically for adults 55 and older. It is an active, engaging workout designed to keep you moving and independent. Our certified instructor will utilize chairs, resistance bands, and other tools to build strength and improve daily mobility.
Why you should join: If you are looking for a low-impact but effective workout, this class is ideal for you. We will focus on:

Worried about getting on the floor? Don't be! This class is perfect for those who find traditional floor-based exercises difficult. All movements are performed either seated or standing with chair support.
